What is the warranty policy on Flylow products?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Flylow offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How should I wash and care for my waterproof outerwear?
To maintain the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with a technical detergent like Nikwax. Tumble dry on low heat for 20 minutes to reactivate the water-repellency.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Returns are processed through our online portal, and a flat-rate shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
